Lead Strategic Insights Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Strategic Insights Specialist to drive the delivery of a new enterprise-wide Mega Insights Report with CEO-level visibility.

This exciting opportunity is responsible for establishing and driving the development of a strategic insights platform that integrates data from multiple sources into a single, actionable monthly report.

  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive insights strategy to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Design and implement a data integration framework to synthesize insights from over ten sources, including surveys, social media, app reviews, and contact centre feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes and ensure insights are statistically robust and aligned with commercial and customer goals.
  • Communicate complex insights to senior stakeholders, crafting compelling narratives that answer 'So what?' and 'Now what?'

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in delivering strategic insights projects across multiple industries.
  • Strong technical skills in Tableau, Power BI, and voice-of-customer tools (e.g., Qualtrics).
  • Executive-level communication and influence skills.
  • Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma or Experience Design (or equivalent).
