Job Title:

Retail Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team in a Retail Coordinator position. This role will be responsible for coordinating, communicating, and supporting the implementation of our retail plan across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective written and verbal communication on company objectives and initiatives;
  • Support store communications regarding layout, selling expectations, promotions, events, and local area marketing;
  • Coordinate project support for local area marketing, store setup, and inventory management;
  • Assist with merchandise and marketing coordination of offers, as well as onsite and online execution of initiatives;
  • Partner initiatives into the wider stores network.

About You:

  • You will have experience in internal communications or marketing communications, preferably in a retail environment;
  • You will possess sound project management and coordination skills;
  • You will be able to deliver exceptional customer service experience;
  • You will have strong computer skills, including creating templates;
  • You will be an excellent communicator, both written and verbally;
  • You will be able to work effectively in a team environment;
  • You will have excellent time management skills and the ability to stick to deadlines.
