Job Title:

The Retail Specialist is responsible for coordinating, supporting and activating retail plans. This includes ensuring promotional events are delivered in line with the retail promotional calendar and coordinated with key stakeholders to meet critical timelines.

This role forms part of a team of specialists focusing on managing tools and processes for seamless execution of retail campaigns, product presentation and inventory opportunities.

Responsibilities Will Include:

  • ">
  • Delivering merchandising promotional offers within the critical path to ensure strong campaign execution across the network.">
  • Supporting merchandise offer coordination, education and working collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver according to the retail marketing calendar.">
  • Identifying and providing solutions to drive add-on sales, solution selling and increase basket/unit or own brand growth opportunities.">
  • Supporting inventory and offer management to drive product and proposition initiatives that achieve business results.">
  • Providing key insights, opportunities and solutions for retail improvements to key stakeholders using data trends.">
  • Supporting locally managed events (e.g., store opening events) as required.">
  • Providing operational support to the Retail Leadership Team and key stakeholders to deliver business improvement.">

  • Internal communications or marketing communications experience is desirable.">
  • A sound understanding of retail operations would be seen as a distinct advantage.">
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service experience.">
  • Sound project management and coordination skills.">
