We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead and grow our presence across key retail locations in metro Melbourne and Geelong.
This role involves driving sales performance, leading a team of sales specialists, delivering engaging in-store training, managing rosters and payroll, overseeing visual merchandising standards, and analysing sales and inventory data to create actionable insights.
- Key responsibilities include:
- • Driving pad performance across multiple retail locations
- • Leading and developing a team of sales specialists
- • Delivering engaging in-store training and seasonal range presentations
- • Managing rosters, timesheets, and payroll within budget constraints
- • Overseeing store visual merchandising standards, fixtures, POS, and promotional setups
- • Monitoring stock levels and executing timely consolidations
- • Developing strong working relationships with store leadership and visual merchandising teams
- • Analyzing sales and inventory data to create actionable insights
- • Supporting seasonal range reviews and promotional planning
Required skills and qualifications include:
- • Multi-site coordination or retail leadership experience (department store or wholesale preferred)
- • Strong leadership, training, and team development skills
- • A flair for creating impactful in-store visual merchandising
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- • Confidence in analysing sales and inventory data
- • Highly organised with an ability to manage priorities across multiple sites
