The Retail Operations Coordinator is responsible for online customer service, stock allocation, office management and logistics coordination for our brand. You will be working closely with the wider head office team and the retail stores to ensure the business is set up for operational success. - you are execution oriented, with good instincts for anticipating needs and changes. You are renowned for your detail and organization; and strong ability to prioritize.
- Account set up of new employees
- Assisting with client's administration support
- Administration & Communication
- Establishing and improving processes
- Retail and eCommerce orders dispatched in a timely fashion
- Respond to customer and store queries
- Undertake and oversee all stock related tasks & issues such as, stock taking, order distribution, stock locations, bar coding, stock transfers, quality assurance, packaging etc
- Prepare product for shipment and deliver stock to local stores
- Monitor packaging stock levels and reorder as needed from approved suppliers to ensure daily requirements are met as well as planning for peak periods

This is a broad support role, where a high achiever who is focused on attention to detail and delivering results in a timely fashion is key. Strong administrative skills, commercial thinking and a customer-centric approach is crucial.
