Job Summary

The role of Stock Management Specialist plays a pivotal part in ensuring the seamless operation of our retail network, overseeing stock allocations, product data, and third-party supplier processes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage stock allocation models and replenishment across the retail network
  • Process and manage product orders, delivery tracking, and invoicing for third-party suppliers
  • Maintain accurate product registration and maintenance in systems
  • Resolve store stock queries and adjustments in a timely manner
  • Coordinate stock transfers between stores
  • Liaise with the distribution center and suppliers to track deliveries and schedules
  • Clear aged or end-of-line stock
  • Maintain shared documentation with internal teams
  • Support planning, buying, and retail teams with stock availability
About You

We seek an individual with exceptional communication skills, organizational expertise, and proficiency in MS Excel. A proactive mindset with a team-first approach is essential in this position.

You will bring:

  • Experience in stock control, inventory coordination, or retail operations (advantageous)
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and comfort working with data
