We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administration Manager to join our Commercial team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's Contract Management administration and processes, reviewing and assisting in negotiating contracts, and ensuring that all NTRO contracts meet legal, commercial, and corporate standards.
Main Responsibilities- Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors and suppliers, ensuring terms and conditions are correctly documented and followed through.
- Assist in the negotiation and creation of contracts and assist our project teams with contract reviews and variations as required.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all parties are kept informed of updates, project milestones, and other ad-hoc items.
- Assist to review potential risk involved with specific contract terms and the effect on project outcomes.
- Understand and review current processes and systems suggesting the implementation of applicable systems for improvement.
- Qualifications in Engineering, Business, Commerce, or extensive commercial background.
- 5+ years of post-qualification industry experience.
- Strong understanding of contract management principles and practices.
- Experience in managing or overseeing the entire contract lifecycle.
- Experience with commercial and contract management on large complex engineering, infrastructure, or transport projects.
- Strong comprehension of commercial and contractual law.
- Excellent stakeholder and communication skills with an ability to negotiate and influence.
- Solid understanding of commercial/financial risks and opportunities.
