About the Role:

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading inclusive engagement forums between Customer Experience Centres, Customer and Operations, Consumer Partners, and specialty product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong, collaborative relationships by leading engagement forums
  • Support business stakeholders in delivering key initiatives for the Customer Experience Centres and Direct Operations teams
  • Maintain and enhance systems like Partner One and Contact One to ensure seamless communication
  • Partner with ASPL teams to contribute to shared goals in Consumer Direct operations
  • Support governance and operating rhythm review tasks for Consumer ASPL teams
  • Encourage knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement through eSupport efforts
