- Develop and implement performance plans with frontline leaders and technical specialists.
- Design learning frameworks aligned with Commercial Claims business objectives.
- Conduct capability reviews with senior claims officers.
- Leverage subject matter expertise for learning strategies.
- Claims Management experience mandatory (Liability and/or Financial Lines).
- Regulatory Risk and Compliance experience is desirable.
- Complaints handling experience is desirable.
- Advanced knowledge of general insurance principles and the end-to-end claims process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
