Complex Claims Specialist

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Associate or Special Counsel General Insurance Lawyer who wants to elevate their career and focus on technically challenging Property Damage claims.

Key Responsibilities:

You'll join a practice that acts for both Australian and London market clients, handling a steady flow of high-profile matters across various industries. These may include $100m+ mining cases, multimillion-dollar fire and water damage to commercial buildings, and multi-party disputes requiring advice on policy coverage, contractual indemnities, and complex dual insurance issues.
