Business Banking Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Banking Manager to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilise your passion for making an impact on diverse and complex customers.

You will showcase your expertise in business development & growth for a diversified portfolio while working collaboratively with a high performing team to achieve success.

  • Briefly describe how you would discover new business and referral prospects, leveraging internal and external networks.
  • Outline your strategy for preserving and improving your portfolio's credit risk profile while optimising profitability.
  • Explain how you would launch initiatives to foster customer growth in the local market and execute annual business plans for your portfolio.
  • Describe how you would work with internal specialists to best serve your customers.
  • Discuss how you would stay up-to-date with market trends, competitive offerings and regulatory changes to offer strategic insights that can enhance client acquisition and retention efforts.
