Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop engaging, inclusive, and impactful learning experiences centered around psychological safety and practical application.
  • Create communications strategies to promote the learning catalog and drive engagement with learning opportunities.
  • Design and deliver learner-centric leadership and professional development programs tailored to organizational priorities and capability needs.
  • Design, develop, and facilitate workshops to build team dynamics, create a shared understanding of Team Purpose, and foster high-performing teams.
  • Utilize instructional design principles and blended learning methodologies to create effective and engaging face-to-face/virtual and digital learning experiences.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to co-create learning solutions that are contextually relevant and future-focused.
  • Analyze evaluation and impact data to inform continuous improvement of future learning design and learner experience.
