The role of Product Development Lead is a pivotal position within our organisation, where you will be responsible for driving the development of specific product features within our Seller portal.

Your key objectives will include owning and managing the product backlog for specific platform features or components, from ideation through launch and iteration. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and translate complex business problems and user needs into clear, actionable product requirements.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Defining and prioritising features and user stories based on business value, technical feasibility, and strategic impact
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and operations, to ensure alignment and successful delivery
  • Conducting research, analysing data, and gathering user feedback to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for improvement

In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to participate in all phases of the product life cycle, including discovery, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch analysis.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to bring a proven ability to translate complex business needs into clear product requirements and user stories. A solid understanding of agile development methodologies and experience working within agile teams is also essential.

You will also need to possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to product decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, as you will be working closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably within an enterprise software or retail environment, with experience in B2B platforms
  • Experience with Jira and Google Analytics
  • Proven ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities and a focus on optimisation
