We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated eCommerce professional to join our team.

Job Description:

The role involves planning and implementing eCommerce initiatives on various platforms, including Amazon, eBay, Citrus, Facebook, and Google. This includes creating effective campaigns, overseeing operational tasks, managing offshore resources, and identifying optimisation opportunities.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement effective eCommerce campaigns across platforms that deliver high-quality results.
  • Oversee all operational tasks associated with implementation and optimisation, including budget pacing, competitive analysis, administration, and finance.
  • Manage offshore resources to ensure timely completion of tasks, accuracy, and alignment with established goals.
  • IDentify and implement optimisations as approved by the client, utilising 3rd party bid management tools.
  • Develop audits and scorecards to identify optimisation opportunities, including keyword research, budgeting, and making recommendations regarding media and advertising opportunities.
  • Oversee the work of the PGD associate, communicate with clients on reporting, competitive, and creative specs requirements.
  • Ensure all budget lines of performance campaigns are set up correctly and paced to the goal.
  • Ensure finance is completed with 100% accuracy.
  • Build positive relationships with key media/tech partners (Google, Facebook, Cartology, and Amazon).
  • Form an effective relationship with the eCommerce Director and work well with other team members.
  • Maintain accurate records of proformas, MBAs, IOs, and media plans.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Experience in a similar role in Performance Media/eCommerce working across paid search as well as either eRetail platforms like CitrusAd or Amazon.
  • Detailed knowledge of digital buying fundamentals.
  • BASIC/Intermediate excel and Microsoft office experience is a must.
  • Intermediate to advanced certification of Google Ads (Paid Search).
  • BCC training in spot entry, knowledge of correct digital codes to use, and aptitude to conduct Expenditure/Invoice reports.
  • Completed Digital Compliance training.
  • Able to professionally represent the agency at all times.
  • Comfortable assessing, presenting, and manipulating data.
  • A solid comprehension of Australian digital media.
  • Detailed and organised approach to work.
