Job Overview

As a key member of the online team, you will drive tactical execution and content production for the eCommerce channels, ensuring seamless content delivery, operational efficiencies and support for short-term digital initiatives that enhance the online customer experience.

The role involves leading and overseeing the end-to-end content production process, including brief creation, creative reviews, content build, scheduling, and timely removal of expired content to ensure the website reflects current and accurate information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a high-performance content publishing team, fostering a culture focused on quality and efficiency.
  • Act as second-in-command to the eComm Production Manager, providing support on key initiatives and stepping into the role as required.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation for content production processes.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, merchandising, IT, and external vendors to ensure smooth content production and website updates.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in eCommerce, Marketing, Digital Content, ideally in the retail sector.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing and mentoring teams.
  • Proficient in Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Proven technical capabilities, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems and platforms.
  • Basic coding skills desirable.
