At the heart of our retirement living communities, we're seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead day-to-day operations. As a Village Manager, you will oversee the smooth functioning of our village, ensuring residents enjoy an active and social lifestyle.

This role involves managing maintenance, coordinating with service providers, and planning engaging activities for residents. You will also attend quarterly advisory board meetings, taking minutes and providing updates on village performance.

To excel in this position, you will need strong organizational, consultative, and negotiation skills. A deep understanding of the unique needs of retirees is essential, as is compassion and empathy. Additionally, a driver's license with own transport is required.
