Job Title: Village Manager

  • To be the trusted and approachable face of the village, providing support and guidance to residents while solving problems and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • To plan and implement engaging activities and events that cater to diverse interests and preferences, promoting a sense of community and social connection among residents.
  • To lead a dedicated team of professionals who share a commitment to delivering exceptional service and creating a home-like environment for our residents.

  • Experience in operational village management, with strong organizational, consultative, and negotiation skills.
  • Strata management, property management, procurement, and contract management experience are highly valued.
  • A deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by retirees, with a focus on delivering tailored support and services.
  • Resilience and adaptability, with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems effectively.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet navigation.
