We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Support Worker to join our team. As a Home Care Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others by providing care and support to individuals in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing personal care and support to clients with daily living activities
  • Assisting with meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry, and ironing
  • Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments
  • Supporting clients with community-based recreational and social activities

Requirements:

  • Certificate III Aged Care or equivalent qualification - Essential
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence (Green Provisional minimum) - Essential
  • Roadworthy & insured vehicle to use for work - Essential
  • Experience with technology including smartphones, tablets, laptops etc
  • Confidence to satisfy relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
