This role presents an opportunity to contribute to the supply chain team by bringing trends to life for customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate product and supplier data across multiple systems to support compliance and reporting.
  • Develop expertise in RFID, including supplier support, order management, and troubleshooting.
  • Support supplier communications, onboarding documentation, and administrative processes.
  • Update and cross-check logistics, production, and compliance data across various reporting tools.
  • Provide support across production, procurement, logistics, and quality assurance functions as required.
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years' experience in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
  • Strong administrative skills, with confidence in Excel/Google Sheets, G-Drive, and preferably inventory management systems.
  • A detail-obsessed, organised, and proactive approach with a love for getting things right. Clear, confident communication skills to collaborate across teams and with suppliers.
  • A positive, team-first mindset with the drive to learn and grow in the supply chain.
