
Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking a seasoned sales and management professional to drive business growth in the Australian market. As a senior-level executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies, leading and mentoring a high-performing team, and identifying emerging leaders through tailored coaching and development.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales growth targets.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals.
- Identify and develop future leaders through training and coaching.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Manage recognition programs to motivate and reward employees.
- Collaborate with marketing and HQ teams to onboard new employees.
- Foster strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and provide insights to senior leadership.
- Represent the company at events and functions.
- Fluent Mandarin and English language skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience, with 4+ years in a leadership role.
- Strategic thinking and ability to multi-task.
- Highly organized and results-driven individual.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in digital tools and platforms used in marketing and development.
