Job Title: Office Administrator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team at ROUSSOS Recruitment. As an Office Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our directors and team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administration, client support, and reception duties, including greeting visitors.
  • Assist the finance team with data entry and financial reporting.
  • Answer all incoming calls to ensure a positive experience.
  • Manage emails by replying to and actioning all company communications.
  • Implement systems and processes to streamline office operations.
  • Update the database and ensure all tasks are scheduled and completed accurately.
  • Coordinate and execute internal social events.

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Professional approach and previous reception or administration experience.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment and be a helpful team member.
