Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager at the APS6 level to play a pivotal role in organizing workflow and driving results.

The successful candidate will lead a small team to manage key tasks and time-critical projects, providing high-quality administrative support and working closely with stakeholders to shape delivery outcomes.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess dynamic leadership skills, strong customer service skills, and the ability to actively build relationships with stakeholders to solve problems and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and/or lead the successful delivery of one of the graduate or entry-level programs
  • Lead a small team to manage key tasks and time-critical projects to achieve outcomes
  • Provide high-quality administrative support
  • Work closely with stakeholders and program participants and use expertise to shape delivery outcomes
  • Draft and/or contribute to high-level communication documents
  • Build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Work collaboratively across teams, using initiative to manage deadlines and escalate issues as they arise
