Job Title: Digital Program Delivery Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled digital program delivery professional to lead and coordinate the successful delivery of projects across our organisation.

This role requires structured planning, proactive risk management, and collaborative stakeholder engagement to achieve lasting solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing digital programs or projects, knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, and proficiency in using project management tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor the digital program delivery team, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and with optimal resource allocation.
  • Act as a liaison between the digital program delivery team and key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
  • Manage resource allocation across multiple projects, ensuring optimal utilisation and balancing workloads.
Eligibility Requirements:
  • Degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or demonstrable relevant experience.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in managing digital programs or projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools.
