**Program Design & Delivery Specialist**

**About Us**:
Join an innovative team driving mobile connectivity initiatives. We're hiring two Program Design & Delivery Specialists to shape and deliver Mobile Black Spot, Mobile Network Hardening, and Peri-Urban Mobile Programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate in the design of program rounds, addressing policy questions and considerations.
- Prepare effective communication products and briefings to ensure clarity and transparency throughout the program.
- Contribute to the negotiation of Funding Agreements with successful program applicants.
- Stay informed about industry trends, policy changes, and best practices to continuously improve program design and delivery

**Requirements**:

- Experience in policy development and program design/delivery.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
