Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical expertise and manage a broad portfolio of projects.
- Contribute to innovative solutions through collaborative relationships with global experts.
- Design work, project management, client communication, report writing, and project commercials.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in geotechnical engineering or a related discipline.
- 10+ years' experience and knowledge in areas such as slope stability, foundation design, retaining systems, ground improvement, and large-scale investigations.
- A solid understanding of local ground conditions, geotechnical risks, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage projects, engage with clients, and lead multidisciplinary teams.
- A genuine passion for mentoring and developing emerging talent.
