About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team in Young NSW. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Completing return to work case management of ex-defence personnel.
  • Providing smooth transitions back into the workforce.
  • Providing holistic support through arrangement of relevant assessments.
  • Liaising and collaborating with treating medical professionals and DVA personnel and other relevant parties.

Requirements

  • AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Registered Nurse, Registered Psychologist, ESSA membership as an Exercise Physiologist, or ASORC registration as Rehabilitation Counselor.
  • Relevant tertiary allied health qualification required.
  • 12+ months experience delivering workplace rehabilitation services.
  • Current drivers' licence and access to own transport.
  • Criminal check.
