About the Role

As a Rehabilitation Specialist, you will be part of a top-performing team in the industry, working under the guidance of experienced management. We are seeking an allied health professional who embodies our values to join our growing team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Comprehensive case management and stakeholder engagement
  • Attending case conferences and client meetings
  • Conducting face-to-face and remote assessments as needed
  • Delivering single services, pre-employment assessments, and wellness programs as applicable
  • Collaborating with colleagues on joint files
  • Representing Prudence Rehab at public forums, seminars, and conferences as required
  • Opportunities to engage in larger projects, such as developing job dictionaries and injury prevention programs

About You

We are looking for a passionate and quality-driven allied health professional who is motivated to achieve the best outcomes. You will be a key contributor to our team, working collaboratively to assess cases impartially and holistically, offering expert advice to all parties involved.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy
  • Registration with AHPRA or ESSA with SIRA modules
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Occupational Rehabilitation or 2 years' experience in a clinical setting
