Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced ICT Helpdesk Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support and assistance to staff and students.
  • Responding to Level 1 queries across MacOS, iOS, Windows and setting up basic A/V equipment.
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of our ICT systems and infrastructure.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant ICT qualification or 6-12 months equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Google apps and MS Suite.
  • Experience with JAMF or similar device management tools.
  • Demonstrated skills in customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail and motivated by getting good outcomes.
