About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a key role within our organization. As a Luggage Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating the collection, storage and transportation of guest luggage and belongings;
  • Assisting guests with their luggage and responding to their queries in a timely and professional manner;
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any issues or concerns promptly.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role within a hotel or hospitality environment;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy luggage and equipment.
