About the Position

This is an excellent opportunity to work with our team, supporting platform services for arriving and departing train services based in Sydney.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for various tasks including platform duties, luggage handling, and maintaining equipment. You will work closely with the Terminal Manager and collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations.

The role requires you to be flexible and adaptable, as arrival and departure times vary. You may need to work weekends and public holidays, and a uniform will be provided to maintain professionalism and personal presentation.

  • Platform duties: assisting passengers and ensuring the smooth operation of platforms.
