**Door Service Professional**

The role of a Door Service Professional is multifaceted and presents numerous opportunities for guest interaction. The primary function involves assisting guests with the smooth transfer of their luggage, packages and vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate the efficient handling of guest luggage and packages
- Oversee the transportation of guests and their luggage to and from the hotel, as well as other requested destinations
- Assist guests in providing directions and arranging transport during the day
- Maintain accurate records of luggage storage, retrieval, and deliveries
- Perform car door opening services for guests whenever possible
- Hail taxis and respond to guests' inquiries

Requirements:

- Possess a valid Full Driver Licence
- Have prior experience in similar roles at luxury hotels or commercial facilities
- Demonstrate basic computer skills and hands-on experience with room maintenance systems
- Exhibit excellent spoken English language proficiency
- Hold valid working rights in Australia

Job Details:

- Part-time and permanent positions available
- Pay rate: $25.23 - $34.59 per hour
- Expected hours: 8-32 per week
