About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a key operational position. As a crucial component in operations and customer service, you will play a vital role in coordinating services and equipment.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing call sheets and documenting calls for service requirements
  • Assisting coordinators in managing equipment, materials, and personnel
  • Communicating with customers, supervisors, specialists, and coordinators to achieve accurate service delivery
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a dispatcher or administration role
  • Experience with scheduling software, specifically SAP
  • Familiarity with basic computer data processing skills, including creating spreadsheets, word documents, and system searches
