Job Title: Senior Contract Administrator

This is a unique opportunity to work on a large-scale project with a leading construction company.

  • Manage contracts and ensure projects are delivered on time.

The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end contract management services based on the project.

This includes managing subcontracts and head contracts, including preparation of subcontractor packages and procurement schedules.

Demonstrate understanding of construction practices, sequencing of methodology and value of building-related goals.

Cost and project reporting via CHEOPS and Aconex - training provided.

About the Role:
  • Manage and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, contractors and suppliers.
  • Coordinate the timely provision of quotations, variations and claims as required.

  • Aspiring contract administration level; demonstrated experience in leading subcontractor/trade administration on medium to large built-form projects.
  • Industry relevant degree qualification.
