Job Description:

This position is responsible for overseeing end-to-end contract management across large-scale projects. Responsibilities include sub and head contract administration, development of management plans aligned with risk and opportunities, preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules, progress claims, and variations.

The ideal candidate will possess senior and mid-level construction/building contract/commercial management skills, experience managing head and subcontracts, industry-relevant degree qualifications, Contract Law knowledge, familiarity with construction-specific Acts, codes, and Regulations, effective communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to drive autonomous outcomes and decisions.

Requirements:
  • Senior and mid-level construction/building contract/commercial management skills
  • Experience managing head and subcontracts
  • Industry-relevant degree qualifications
  • Familiarity with Contract Law principles & construction-specific Acts, codes, and Regulations
