Construction Manager

This role leads the procurement and construction functions of a long-term project.
Main Responsibilities:- Guarantee that projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Manage site/project engineers and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers effectively.
- Oversee construction planning, productivity, sustainability, EHS compliance, quality assurance, and financial management.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to the growth and development of the project team.
- 7+ years of on-site construction delivery experience.
- A proven track record on large-scale building projects.
- Strong skills in programme development, cost control, and risk management.
- Experience resolving design and coordination issues.
- Able to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively.
- Deep understanding of EHS, quality, and sustainability standards.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.
