Product Support Specialist - Field Service

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a global environment with a local focus. As a Product Support Specialist - Field Service, you will be part of a dynamic team that drives service excellence and enhances customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete drill rig and lubrication audits & reports
  • Installations, commissioning, and support of RDSA products and services
  • Project execution, data recording according to project plans
  • Mentoring & leading by example in service centres
  • Provide product training both internally and externally
  • Trouble shooting and strive to resolve issues and determine proper solutions
  • Document processes for procedural development

Key Requirements:

  • Relevant trade qualifications
  • Underground mining industry knowledge, specifically with the processes associated with hydraulic rock drilling is desirable
  • Experience with RDSA or OEM products will be highly regarded
  • Computer literacy in word, outlook, excel, publisher & power point
  • Must excel in a fast paced, agile environment where critical thinking, strong technical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are required for success
  • Innovative thinker who is positive, proactive and ready to embrace change
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Excellent internal and external report writing skills, with high level of attention to detail
