Customer Solutions Expert Role Summary

This key position drives customer solution strategy across the organization, collaborating with national teams to deliver seamless services and events that bring the building to life.

About the Opportunity

  • Act as the property's Service Ambassador, providing exceptional customer experiences and resolving tenant-related queries effectively.
  • Formulate strategies for enhancing customer engagement, ensuring alignment with the building/precinct's vision.
  • Work closely with Operations to ensure timely resolution of open issues, driving continuous service improvement.
  • Lead Concierge Teams, aligning standards with the building's overall objectives and drive customer satisfaction through effective leadership.
  • Oversee space curation, develop relationships with external partners, and provide visitors and tenants with a consistent positive experience.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences every day, striving to continuously enhance service performance and improve the customer journey.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of experience in customer service, placemaking, marketing, or events management.
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or event management are highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong professional relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
  • Creative thinking, problem-solving, and proactive approach to delivering key initiatives.
