Key Responsibilities:
- Develop personalized, automated, and dynamic sales and content-driven email and SMS programs to drive acquisition, content consumption, and revenue goals.
- Coordinate and produce digital customer experiences across web, email, CRM, and analytics.
- Support the company with web updates, including setting up webpages, documentation, training, and testing.
- Contribute to CRM strategy, segmentation, and data governance, including driving audience management and segmentation practices.
Requirements:
- Experience with design and execution of digital marketing communications, including automated email programs across email and web.
- Experience with digital analytics, including the development of dashboards and reports.
- Experience with segmentation approaches, technologies, and cross-channel audience management.
- Experience using marketing automation platforms, preferably Acoustic.
- Experience using content management systems for web content publishing.
- Qualifications and experience in marketing, communications, or digital.
