We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Director to lead our team at The Hills Wine Bar.

As the Hospitality Director, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring an outstanding experience for our guests while fostering a positive and productive environment for our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards of service. Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and cost control.
  • Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor team members. Promote a positive work culture that encourages collaboration and excellence.
  • Customer Experience: Enhance the guest experience by ensuring excellent service, addressing customer feedback, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Event Planning: Organize and manage special events, tastings, and wine-pairing dinners to promote engagement and increase revenue.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and implement strategies to achieve financial targets.
  • Wine Knowledge: Curate and update the wine list, providing staff training on wine offerings and food pairings to enhance guest experience.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, as well as licensing laws.

Qualifications: Proven experience in hospitality management or a similar role within the industry. Strong knowledge of wines and food pairing. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage budgets and financial reports effectively. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
