At Duncan Hotels, we're excited to offer a unique opportunity to set up and manage a pop-up bar in the charming town of Daylesford.

Located just an hour and a half from Melbourne, our venue is situated in the historic goldfields region, renowned for its exceptional food, wine, and drinks. With a 1 AM license already secured, you'll have the chance to create a captivating atmosphere, design engaging layouts, and cater to both regular operations and events like the iconic Chill Out Festival.

We're looking for someone with creativity in crafting a drinks menu and developing a unique bar experience. Key requirements include a strong hospitality background, a sense of responsibility, and a proactive work ethic. The ideal candidate will also be able to work independently, manage all aspects of bar operations, and handle stocktaking, business finances, and busy service periods.

In this role, you'll establish your own brand, profile, or gain hands-on experience running a bar within a pre-existing venue with all infrastructure and licensing already in place. You'll also enjoy ongoing employment opportunities, access to great marketing and online databases, potential help with relocation, and be part of Daylesford's dynamic community.
