We foster an environment where knowledge is shared and a desire to learn from peers, producers, and beyond is encouraged throughout. Our front-of-house team members play a vital role in delivering exceptional service, contributing to the creation of a community of patrons through confident service and genuine knowledge of our food and wine.

Key responsibilities include pre-service and end-of-service tasks, stock control, and maintaining a welcoming and well-presented venue. Regular on-the-job training enables staff to develop their service skills and wine knowledge, with a focus on continuous improvement across all aspects of their role and venue operations.

Career progression opportunities exist within our expanding group, which encompasses various facets. In-house wine training and development programs are available, as well as the chance to work closely with the kitchen team in a collaborative environment.

As a member of our team, you'll have access to staff discounts across all venues in the group, including our online wine store. Local producers regularly visit our venue, providing opportunities for learning and networking. Day trips to local vineyards are also organized, allowing staff to gain hands-on experience and build relationships with industry professionals.

Requirements for this role include previous experience in hospitality or customer service, preferably in a venue similar to ours. A strong passion for service and wine, along with a solid understanding of the wine industry, is essential. WSET education is highly regarded but not mandatory.

We're looking for individuals who can multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, build strong relationships with colleagues and customers, and contribute to a positive workplace culture. A genuine desire to learn and expand your knowledge is crucial for success in this role. Casual and full-time positions are available.
