We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Finance Business Partner to join our team. As a trusted advisor to business leaders, you will provide actionable insights to drive business performance and ensure financial strategies align with organizational objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to provide financial guidance and support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for assigned business units.
  • Analyse business performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive results.
  • Develop and present business cases for new initiatives and investments.
  • Monitor and report on financial performance against targets, recommending corrective actions as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Finance, Economics, Accounting).
  • CPA/CA qualified.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar finance role delivering analysis, insights, and financial support across diverse business environments and teams.
  • Post-graduate qualifications in a relevant field (highly desirable).
  • Deep knowledge of payments technology, IT systems, and the financial industry.
  • Strong understanding of risk management frameworks as they relate to finance matters.
  • Experience in people management preferable.
