Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients, families, and other stakeholders to understand individual needs and preferences.
  • Analyse and address behavioural challenges to promote independence and community participation.
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, managers, and external partners to share knowledge and best practices.

Requirements

">
  • A strong understanding of positive behaviour support principles and relevant qualifications in behaviour support (Psychology, Social Work, Youth work, Teacher).
  • Completed self-assessment for NDIS registration confirmed to be at a CORE, PROFICIENT, ADVANCED or SPECIALIST level.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Negotiable salary range starting from $80k up to $130k per annum depending on experience.
