">- Develop tailored behaviour support plans and implement interventions based on positive behaviour support principles.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and other stakeholders to understand individual needs and preferences.
- Analyse and address behavioural challenges to promote independence and community participation.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to ensure successful outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, managers, and external partners to share knowledge and best practices.
Requirements
">- A strong understanding of positive behaviour support principles and relevant qualifications in behaviour support (Psychology, Social Work, Youth work, Teacher).
- Completed self-assessment for NDIS registration confirmed to be at a CORE, PROFICIENT, ADVANCED or SPECIALIST level.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Negotiable salary range starting from $80k up to $130k per annum depending on experience.
