Job Title: Parking Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced parking operations manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our car park facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing revenue streams, and maintaining process controls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide quality customer service to airport visitors and stakeholders through various channels.
  • Team Management: Lead a small team of car park staff through day-to-day operations and procedures, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of car park facilities, including curb-side and ground transport areas.
  • Rostering and Scheduling: Develop and implement effective rostering systems to meet car park needs, ensuring optimal staffing levels at all times.
  • Customer Enquiries: Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner, engaging with clients and contractors as needed.
  • Staff Recruitment and Training: Recruit and train new staff members to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements:
  • Prior Experience: Prior experience in a retail environment providing customer service is essential.
  • Leadership Experience: Leadership experience in roles that involve managing staff and/or teams is preferred.
  • Customer Service: A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service is required.
  • Computer Literacy: Good computer literacy skills, including proficiency in email communication, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word are required.
  • Licenses and Certifications: A full driver's license with excellent driving skills is essential. Eligibility to work in Australia is mandatory.

A national police check may be required due to the precinct where the candidate will be based.
