Revolution North Lakes is a vibrant trampoline and rock climbing park with an on-site café, delivering safe, fun, and memorable experiences for families and groups. We are seeking **an enthusiastic and reliable Assistant Park Managers (2IC)** to support the Park Manager and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The Role

As a 2IC, you'll be a key leader within our team, stepping up to manage the park in the Park Manager's absence. You'll work closely with staff, ensuring safety, fun, and great service for our guests. This is a **hands-on role** that requires leadership, problem-solving, and strong customer service skills.

**Availability**: A mix of afternoons, evenings, and weekends are essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Park Manager in daily operations of the trampoline park, climbing areas, and café.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise casual and part-time team members.
- Assist with staff rostering, training, and performance management.
- Oversee café operations, including stock control, food safety, and customer service.
- Uphold and enforce Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) standards.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve escalated issues.
- Ensure equipment, facilities, and the park environment are maintained to a high standard.
- Support birthday parties, group bookings, and special events.

Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role (hospitality, leisure, retail, or recreation preferred).
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to guide young and casual staff.
- Hands-on, proactive, and able to stay calm in busy customer-facing environments.
- Knowledge of WHS and food safety practices desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Blue Card
- CPR / First Aid
- Food Safety Supervisor (advantageous)

Pay: $28.38 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
