Car Park Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our car parking facilities, including the multi-level car park and on-grade car parks within our hospital campus.

This role is responsible for managing operational, financial, and reporting requirements for paid parking facilities. You will deliver high-quality customer service standards and implement an effective customer complaint management procedure aligned with our organizational guidelines.

The Car Park Operations Specialist will develop, implement, and annually review traffic management plans and parking procedures or guidelines required for the hospital campus.
