The position at Sunshine Coast Airport:

The role entails supporting an airport parking operation with a focus on reliable performance of designated parking facilities, balancing exceptional customer service with high-level car park presentation. With the support of the Business Manager Operations, the role involves delivering quality service to stakeholders through effective management of personnel, facilities and equipment. The primary focuses are delivering positive customer service and interactions, and managing revenue streams while maintaining process and accountability controls.

Responsibilities
  • Provision of quality Customer Service.
  • Lead a small carpark team through day-to-day operations and procedures.
  • Managing curb-side and ground transport areas of the airport.
  • Managing rosters to meet the carpark's needs.
  • Fielding customer enquiries and communications.
  • Stakeholder engagement with client(s) and contractors.
  • Recruiting and training new staff.
Role requirements
  • Previous experience in a retail environment providing customer service.
  • Experience in roles that provided leadership of staff and/or teams preferred.
  • Genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.
  • A willingness to learn and grow with the company.
  • Good computer literacy skills with proficiency in Email communication, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Full Driver's licence with excellent driving skills.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.

Given the precinct where the candidate will be based, there will be a requirement for a national police check.

In addition to standard Award Employment Conditions, you will receive uniforms, appropriate training and free parking when working.
