Job Opportunity

The Parking Operations Manager will oversee the management of parking facilities to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include monitoring labour costs, managing cash handling procedures, and maintaining accurate car park occupancy records.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and control labour costs associated with parking operations.
  • Oversee the implementation of cash handling procedures and maintain accurate transaction records in the MICROS system.
  • Monitor and record car park occupancy figures via the Car Parking System.
  • Manage the programming of car park vouchers and validation of access cards.

About the Role

Successful candidates will have demonstrated experience in a supervisory role within a customer-facing environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, computer literacy, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
