**Lifestyle Facilitator Position Available**

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to coordinate and develop lifestyle programs that promote the wellbeing and engagement of our residents.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  • Plan, coordinate and implement engaging lifestyle programs for residents.
  • Conduct resident assessments to inform program development and ensure individualised support.
  • Establish strong relationships with residents, families, staff members, volunteers and community groups.

**Required Qualifications And Skills:**

  • High School Diploma or equivalent certification/training.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
  • Empathy and understanding of the needs of older adults.
  • 'Think on your Feet' ability, IT skills and excellent communication skills.
