Client Service Professional

The primary role of the Client Service Officer is to provide exceptional support in implementing advice for Minchin Moore clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and lodging necessary paperwork to implement recommendations outlined in the Statement of Advice (SoAs). This involves completing application forms, redemption/rollover forms, asset transfer forms, and coordinating with product providers to obtain required information.
- Effectively managing and monitoring the implementation and account establishment process for Minchin Moore clients.
- Ensuring timely completion of asset transfers, which may involve liaising with product providers to facilitate the process.
- Lodging paperwork and applications to ensure recommendations are implemented accurately and on time.
- Maintaining open communication with advisers and associates regarding client applications in progress.
Investment Support
- Configuring online portal access for clients via Xplan Touch and ensuring the system's functionality meets company and client needs.
- Assisting in the preparation of quarterly portfolio reports for Minchin Moore clients.
- Becoming proficient in Xplan and investment platforms/products used by Minchin Moore.
General Responsibilities
- Performing administrative tasks to support advisers and the business.
- Demonstrating a thorough understanding of Minchin Moore's policies and procedures.
- Providing general office administration.
Key Performance Indicators
- Maintaining timely communication with the Operations Manager regarding workflow progress and managing adviser expectations.
- Ensuring adherence to Minchin Moore's agreed behavior framework.
- Achieving accurate and timely completion of implementation of advice.
- Fulfilling all aspects of the advice process in a compliant and timely manner.
- Completing tasks in accordance with policy, practices, and procedures.
